Banyan waste ,hard waste recycling machinery this machine is suitable for banyan waste cotton / poly fabric waste yarn waste have two chute feed systems for efficient opening of waste materials, its output product has better spin value for spinning yarn above 10s count & also use in paper industry. This machine have two HSN650 openers and five HSN250 cleaners for thread less cotton.
Output: 180-225 kgs per hour on 100 % cotton material

Input feeding materials manual by conveyor lattice of first opener then after auto continuous cycling & opening, the unopened waste materials which are dropped on the bamboo conveyor in bottom of the machinery will be carried by and that unopened materials will suctioned by fan to first opener to second opener by 2 chute feed (cotton box ) systems. Auto continuous cycling & opening is carried out till all waste materials convert into fibers. In HSN918W there are total seven opening points, first two are hard wooden openers cylinder 650mm doffer with metallic saw wire [ L type wire] after that 5 cleaning points of 250mm doffer with fine metallic card clothing for thread less fiber.

There are two 2.2kw gearboxes (speed reducer) for first opener and second opener for HSN918W model.
First opener need 35 hp Main Motor.
Second opener need 30 hp. Motor
All cleaner of 250 mm need 10 hp.* 5 motor.
Transport fan for both chute feed is 5 hp Each
