Application

This carding machine is adopted for further carding, cleaning and mixing wed, supplied from blowing room as well as eliminating waste and part of tufts. The wed is condensed into can for continuous feed to the spinning preparation stage. Card FA221 with sliver forming speed of 220m/min Max, output of 35-55kg/h is controlled by PC with long and short term variable speed device, while multi-motor simplifying driving. The main parts including Frame. cylinder and doffer are of steel structure. Licker-in roll is provided a carding segment under it, three stationary flat which move in counter direction from the view of cylinder traveling are installed above the cylinder. The whole machine with pleasing appearance and sturdy structure could be
operated reliably.
