It consists of crusher, conveyor and separator, which is integrated on one compact unit, also has dust collection system, vibrator, air cleaner, suction fan inside, this copper wire recycling machine adopts PLC control system.
Plastic & copper is different in density, the crusher can stripe the plastic and smash the copper (by high quality blades), then the plastic and copper can be separated by vibrator & suction fun together, the copper comes out from front outlet, plastic comes out in the other side, dusts will be sent by dust fan to dust collector.
