Application:

The Rotor Spinning Machines manufactured are high speed, efficient and self-exhausting open-end spinning machine with impurities discharge mechanism. They are suitable for spinning cotton, wool, ramie, silk, polyester, acrylic, viscose, vinylon, polypropylene, polyamide and their blends.

1. They can spin the yarn 10-68 Nm (100-14.7tex) directly from two passages drawn sliver 0.2-0.45 Nm (5000-2200tex).
2. For the requirement of wineling and furthure processing, the machine is equipped with a third hand and the bunch device. 
3. For saving labor, the machine is equipped with a full-package conveyer. 
4. The machine is pre-assembled and can be delivered section by section.
5. The machine is controlled by programmable controller (pc).
6. The machine is equipped with monitoring and display device for processing parameter.
7. The machine is fitted with the tension compensator device and yarn starage device, it can take up the taper package.
