Then after auto continuous cycling opening
The un open waste which are dropped in bottom of the machinery is carried by bamboo conveyor secrean and that un open material will suctioned by fan to first opener to second opener by 2 chute  feed (cotton box ).Auto continuous cycling opening is carried out till the waste convert into fibers.
In h s n 918 / hsn 218  there are total seven opening point first 2 are hard wooden opener cylinder 630 mm with metallic saw wire [ l type wire] fter that 5 cleaning point of 250 mm with fine metallic card clothing for thread less fiber.

There are 1 electrical gear box of 1.5 kw for first opener and 1.5 kw for 2 nd opener  for
Hsn 918 model  each opener will control the speed of fiddling point instead of lots of mechanical gears will help full to reduce the break down in openers.Hsn 218  openers are without gear box
First opener need 22.5 kw motor.
Second opener need 18 kw motor
First cleaner of 250 mm need 7.5 kw motor.
2nd to 5th cleaner need 5.5 kw *4 motors.
Transport fan for both chute feed is 4 kw  each
