This is a new model based on our HSN62-1210W, we upgraded doffer of two 1.0m openers diameter from 600mm to 680mm, cotton feeding boxes with photoelectric control and one of twelve 1.3m cleaners with diameter 400mm roll, total 14 rolls machine per line, this machine is suitable mainly to recycle textile waste materials whatever fabrics or yarns into fibers for fine spinning purpose, Opening machine consists of a pair feeding roller and an opening doffer, the opening angle of nails mounted on the doffer or higher comb card clothing makes opening more completely, more cleaning machines improve mixing effects, the effects of obviously removing impurity, and also can increase running speed and production.
