To loosen all kinds of fibre in bundles, then transfer them to next procedure via blower fan. The pre-opening is by notch-style roller to reduce fibre damage .the main opening is by card wire plate with high efficiency .it is equipped with strong magnet to absorb metal impurities.

Use and characteristics:

3. Double-cylinder double-doffer carding machine 1 set



Use and characteristics:
It's suitable for combing of 1.5-20D×38-65mmartificial fibers. Double-cylinder high-speed combing makes fiber fully combedand the mesh more even. Feeding roller is driven by frequency conversion and itis equipped with anti-metal protection device
